Return Policy

Event/Tournament registrations:

Events/Tournaments are scheduled and will go ahead rain or shine.  Be prepared for all types of weather.  Events/Tournament organizers or primes will be responsible for the scheduled event in accordance with the event location regulations.  Any refunds or reimbursements for a rained out or otherwise cancelled event will be managed through LiveEventRegistration.ca.

Merchandise:

Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at LiveEventRegistration.ca. We cannot exchange items.

We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund by cheque within 45 business days after we receive your return.
