Frequently asked questions when registering for an event on LiveEventRegistration.ca!
I don’t remember my password, what do I do?A: If you haven’t cleared your computer's "cache", your ID and password will be retained when prompted to log-in the LiveEventRegistration.ca site. If your e-mail address and password do not work, e-mail us at info@liveeventregistration.ca and we will reset your password.
Why do I need to create an account?
A: As with any ONLINE purchasing web site, you are required to create an account to process your purchase and to track your order. A credit card transaction cannot be processed without information such as name, address, postal code, phone number, etc. Client Information entered onto our web site is strictly confidential and remains the property of LiveEventRegistration.ca only.
Why do I need to enter my e-mail address?
A: In order to receive the e-mail confirmation for your purchase, a valid e-mail address is required to send the electronic receipt of your purchase.
Is my e-mail ID and password case sensitive?
A: Yes, when creating your password try to include numbers and uppercase letters to ensure added security.
What does “Incomplete” status mean in the orders section?
A: If the status of your order is “incomplete” this means NO charges have been applied to your credit card and the order has not been processed.
What if I get disconnected or experience other problems when submitting my order?
A: If you have already clicked on SUBMIT and you do not receive a CONFIRMATION RECEIPT wait ten minutes.
What if I think my order did not go through?
A: Please DO NOT PLACE another order. When you click the SUBMIT button, your credit card information is sent to the payment processor. Even if your browser displays some sort of error message, it's possible that your transaction was still successful. Below are some simple things you can do to determine whether or not your order was indeed processed.
- Check your e-mail. Our confirmation e-mails typically reach your in-box in a matter of minutes. If you don't see one right away, wait 15 minutes or so. It many take your ISP some time to deliver to your in-box. Don't forget to check your spam or junk folders!!!
- Check with your bank. Your card will be charged in real time, and your ONLINE statement will tell you whether or not your financial institution was contacted for the payment request. If you can't check ONLINE, call the 800 number on the back of your card.

“ONLINE” ticket registration source is competitive and in many ways exceeds comparable ONLINE services.
We would like to talk to you about this and much more:
- Each event is different; however, the unavoidable credit card fees stand at between 2.75% & 3.0% (volume based) with LiveEventRegistration.ca.
- Service charge & mailings (if required) are extra. We will compete for your business.
- Through LiveEventRegistration.ca your event can be advertised on our website. Contact us for our advertising fees and promotions.

Ok, how do I register my Event?
There is a $95 fee (one time only) to set up your customized event information web page. Fees may vary based on promotions.Advantages to using LiveEventRegistration.ca:

To set up your event information simply get in touch with us by filling out our “Request for Service” form in the “Contact Us” section of our website or if you prefer by phone when dialing 613-850-3VIP (847).
LiveEventRegistration.ca will provide you with a link to view your information once your event page is created and posted on our website. As the organizer or a designate for your event, you will receive a secure event organizer “log-in” ID and password to be used through our website to view the list of your registered participants and other information. This feature greatly facilitates the administration of your event.
Then your participants/guests simply click on the event of their choice (or link provided) and enter the prompted information using their credit card.
Participants immediately receive an e-mail confirming their successful registration to your event(s).
What's an "E-Golf Pass", "E-Sponsor Pass" and "E-Fairway Pass"?
This is NEW since the 2009 Golf Season for selected events and unique to golf events listed with
LiveEventRegistration.ca!
E-Golf Pass™ - is a customized event ticket issued to participants and
identifies a general admission status to the event listed with
LiveEventRegistration.ca (ie. Green fee for Golf Tournaments, dinner only
designations, ect.)
E-Sponsor Pass™ - is a customized event ticket issued to participants identified
as a "full or in part" contributing sponsor to an event.
E-Fairway Pass™ - is a customized event ticket identified as "promotional " and
issued to individuals tied to sponsors, the press, volunteers or special guests
at the event.
